The producers of the DC movie universe have stated that they want to keep the movie universe separate from the television universe (or Arrowverseit's commonly called). That way they can have more direct control over characters, story and continuitywellgive it a different feel then the television universe. Therefore the actors and continuity will be different in the television universe then it is in the movie universe.
